Angelina Jolie -- Sexiest Movie Assassin

Angelina Jolie has been named the sexiest movie assassin for her role as Jane Smith in "Mr. & Mrs. Smith," according to U.S. media reports Friday.

Angelina Jolie is set to play an assassin again. In March, Scottish comic writer Mark Millar, one of the world's leading comic writers and works for Marvel, convinced Jolie to appear in his first motion picture, a 100 million pounds (over 200 million U.S. dollars) science fiction movie.

The actress will star as a leading assassin, called The Fox, in this Universal Pictures' action adventure flick to be released next year, which is an adaptation of a novel titled "Wanted" published three years ago.

"Hot Angelina Jolie's pretty much the biggest female star in the world right now and so I'm naturally quite pleased about the casting," Millar explained his choice.

"Angelina Jolie's spectacular-looking and, as her Oscar proves, a great actress with real depth I think she's one of the few Hollywood A-listers who could pull this off. The rest of them are very tiny and dainty. Angelina Jolie looks like she could kick your head in," Millar added.

Within the top sexiest movie assassins list, the Oscar winner was followed by Kristanna Loken for her role in "Terminator 3 : Rise of the Machines" at the second spot.

Actress Rebecca Romijn ranked at the third for her turn as Mystique in "X Men."
