Since Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt splashed onto America's movie screens in 2005 with their action flick 'Mr. and Mrs. Smith' neither one of the actors has had a real hit. Brad starred in the critically acclaimed 'Babel' but it was never a big box office draw. And Angelina Jolie's 'The Good Shepherd' was panned by critics and never played well to audiences either. Certainly their next film will be a hit - right?

Well for Brad he always has the 'Ocean's' franchise to fall back on. But according to reports his 'solo' project, 'The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford' has lost its way and test audiences are rejecting it.

A report from In Touch Weekly claims that at a recent test screening one witness that apparently counted as people headed for the exits claimed that 28 people walked out of the theater during the showing. "The movie is long and boring and has little action," a screener dished to the weekly entertainment magazine.

Us Weekly Magazine says basically the same thing reporting that The Assassination of Jesse James has reportedly been a dud with critics and test audiences.

Cue the rep ™: Brad pitt's rep denies the movie is a dud and insists that viewers walked out during the very violent scenes. "They are working on it," the rep told ITW. "This isn't the exact movie they will have in theaters." The film is due out later this year.
